  • Participants must sign a Declaration of Physical Fitness. Each participant shall be responsible for ensuring their own physical fitness and ability to participate.

  • Basic Rules
  • Bicycles: All types of bicycles are allowed, except electric bicycles.
  • Swim buoy: A personal swim buoy is mandatory for the swimming segment. Each athlete must arrange their own buoy and is responsible for bringing it to the event.
  • Note
